Shipping Locations & Timeframes
1.1 Secure Packaging Solutions ships Australia-wide only, using trusted freight carriers.
1.2 Estimated delivery times for stocked items:
- Metro Areas: 2-3 business days
- Regional Areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: Subject to carrier availability
1.3 Custom or special-order products may have extended lead times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
1.4 Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
1.5 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping Costs
2.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination.
2.2 Orders over $500 AUD (excl. GST) qualify for free standard shipping within metro areas.
2.3 Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched. In some cases, tracking information may be provided by the carrier with a slight delay. If this occurs, Secure Packaging Solutions will share tracking details as soon as they become available.
Risk & Ownership
3.1 Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. Secure Packaging Solutions is responsible for ensuring goods arrive in good condition.
3.2 Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon arrival and reporting any damage within 48 hours. Any damage claims must be reported to us within this timeframe so we can conduct a review and determine the appropriate resolution.
3.3 In cases of lost shipments, Secure Packaging Solutions will work with freight carriers upon notification to investigate and resolve the issue.
Failed
Delivery & Re-delivery Charges
4.1 If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional redelivery charges may apply.
4.2 If a shipment is lost, Secure Packaging Solutions will either reship the order or issue a refund, subject to carrier confirmation.
